Every year in late May or early June, LAHA hosts their annual general membership meeting. Typically the board pays for hamburgers, brats, buns, condiments and paper products. All members are asked to RSVP as well as bring a covered dish. This is an opportunity to meet new members, catch up with neighbors, enjoy some good food and take care of annual business.
Topics covered include the budget, prior years financials, prior years minutes, election of officers/directors as well as discussing old and new business affecting the lake. Watch your spring newsletter for RSVP information!
Regular Board Meetings
The Lake Arlann HOA board conducts five regular meetings throughout the year. They are typically held on the second Monday of the following months. January, March, July, September & November.
Meetings start at 6:30pm and are generally held at a board members home. Due to availability of members and who has space to host, the exact location of future meetings may be unknown. Generally the board will know where the next two or three meetings will be held. Due to COVID-19, meetings have been held outdoors at out lot A.
The general membership is welcome to attend a meeting if they have something to discuss with the board. Please contact the board at least one month prior to the next meeting to ensure your topic gets added to the agenda. The board sets the agenda no later than one week prior to meetings so all board members can review the minutes, agenda and financials prior to the meetings.
Prior approved minutes are available to the general membership upon request.
